About Climate Change Division

The Climate Change Division serves as the focal point of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) on climate change and the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Secretariat in support of the country’s commitments to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Kyoto Protocol. It is composed of two sections, namely;

(1) Carbon Markets Mechanism Section and
(2) Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Section.
